I had bought a watch Swatch Bioceramic Moonphase for INR **,*** and paid with my credit card on May **, ****. The product was supposed to be delivered to my residential address on May ** **** but it was delayed and they called to inform that they will deliver by May **, ****. They also asked for an extra payment of Rs.**** for this product to be paid as cash on delivery this product never came nor was it delivered at my home when I track the delivery dates on their app it says shipment has been returned as the pin code has been entered wrong. This is absolutely wrong as I have given the correct address and they are customer support is non-existent and pathetic. On searching online about Culture Circle, I was shocked to find out that it was a scam.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
