Yash filed complaint against Culture circle on Apr 23, 2026
I placed two separate orders with Culture Circle on April **th and **th, totaling ₹**,***, and I am filing this complaint due to a total failure in delivery and a complete lack of professional communication. At the time of purchase, the website promised delivery within *-* weeks, but when I followed up via WhatsApp, I was told the products required international shipping and would take **-** days. I waited patiently for that duration, but it has now been over a month and both orders remain stuck at the "verification and processing" stage. Although a unique tracking ID was assigned weeks ago, there has been no actual movement or updates on the shipment. Most concerningly, the company has now stopped responding to all my messages on WhatsApp and emails, effectively ghosting me after taking my money. I have received no specific delivery date or explanation for this delay. I am now demanding either the immediate delivery of my products with a valid, moving tracking link or a full refund of my ₹**,***, as I will no longer tolerate this lack of accountability and deficiency in service.
