I am filing a complaint against Kwabey for Order ID ******* placed on ** March for * oversized T-shirts. The order was not shipped even after **+ days. Delhivery attempted pickup around six times, but the seller failed to hand over the items each time. Now the order shows cancelled without my consent, and no refund has been issued. The website still shows processing, which is misleading. This reflects poor service and negligence. I request an immediate full refund, a clear explanation, and compensation for the delay. Please resolve this promptly or I will escalate the matter to consumer court.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
