I placed the order for * tshirts for *** on kwabey.com. after waiting for few days they cancelled the order and kept the money in kwabey wallet . I have called all the numbers mentioned on their official website. None of the numbers are active . I emailed them the following
Hi team,
Why u guys are not refunding money in the same source of payment when u don't have my size available and very less varieties. If u don't refund I will raise a complaint everywhere on social media with the proof, and also in consumer court
Still no response. I sent another email stating
Hi Team,
If you people cannot provide the items and this has been placed a long time ago. Then kindly refund in the same source of payment rather than keeping it your wallet .
Both emails got failed . Pls help me . Either they should deliver the items I ordered or refund the money .
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
