I paid ****.** rupees to subscribe (post paid plan for propertypurchase) on November ** ****.
It's valid for ** days.
They shown some properties for purchase.but i didn't find suitable flat so quitted attending phone calls from no broker RM.due to this action they individually close my account in December *st week.
In December got call from no broker customer service and they convince me activated the same plan.plan again started December ** it's valid for ** days.
Then they show some properties.I selected property (flat)in Dsmax sprinkles apartment in chikkanahalli . manager Allwin thomas negotiate with seller suresh babu and finalize for ** lakhs.I ask the documents for legal verification they refused and mentioned to pay for purchase for BUYER PREMIUM SERVICE PACKAGE FOR cost of *****rupees and ***** for token amount for property purchase.
January ** i paid the amount ***** rupees and then they arranged a meeting with seller suresh babu.when i met the seller he told me that last * years gram panchayat has not collected the property tax.in starting it's not valid for purchase and explain the situation to seller and admits that litigation and agreed to refund.in Jan ** seller suresh babu paid ***** rupees and back up the deal.
after i call no broker Alwyn thomas asked refund of *****.they refused and told me they will show some other properties and property in Ahad silver crown apartment.i don't like it.then they compelling to raise the budget and location.location and budget is my decision.i request refund many times no response.
when i spoke with my relationship manager balaji datti he told you will get refund *** percent. Wait for approval but my plan expired March **.after that also they did not refund till date.thats why I raised complaint against No broker via Voxya.In NO BROKER terms and rules they mentioned if seller backup the deal or legal verification failure they will refund the plan change ****.** rupees and *****rupees.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
