Facts giving rise to complaint - unethical unprofessional unacceptable behaviour from bank branch executives including branch manager, bank executive making frequent visits around my home, unauthorised and unapproved entry to my personal space and residence, querying account related information over mobile, unauthorised sharing of my personal and private data without prior permissions, bank making calls late evenings outside standard bank hours ( **am -**.** pm )
The nature and extent of the loss cause to the complainant - personal security threat to me and my family, high potential of fraud, security threat to my savings account , harassment, pscyhological pressure, impacted my routine work negatively, relationship with partner got impacted
Relief sought for - Immediate reassurance in writing from relevant authorities from Axis bank to diffuse the pressure on me , apologies from bank branch manager in writing on official letter head of branch, strict action against all involved including termination from employment/demotion/red entry in appraisal records against all involved especially against the branch
manager to ensure repeat of such incidents wont happen in future.
