I have checkout from OYO life on the ** jan, blr ****. and I have canceled my booking Id . and they agreed to pay the amount of ***** from the total amount of ***** but I didn't receive any money. when I am calling them they said to wait for ** hrs, it's continuing from the last *.* months.
TL Shreya promised a call back in ** mins a week ago, and she says she s in a meet for ** calls and i m unable to speak to any other tl, operational manager or returns team and the agents just say to wait fr ** hrs more frm the past * month?
the same replies are given and tl lie on your face and arent ready to talk to the customers, they arent trying to help the customers at all.

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
