As per company's Terms & Conditions, Security Amount will be refunded once connection is disconnected and router will be picked up from home.
But it is already been * months now, My connection got disconnected but security amount is not refunded yet and router also not picked up inspite of several calls and followups. Attached is the snapshot of complaint at their portal
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
