Yaduvir Poddar filed complaint against PVR on May 14, 2023
I booked a recliner seat in PVR, City Centre, Guwahati, and it worked fine till the interval, after which the recliner was not working at all!! I tried to approach the staff, but was neglected. After the movie I complained to the manager, but he refused a refund.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
