PVR - PVR food prices unrealistic

Dear Concerned Authorities,

I would like to formally raise a concern regarding the extremely high pricing of food and beverage items at your cinema outlets.

During my recent visit to a PVR cinema, I was surprised to see basic items being sold at unreasonably inflated prices. In particular, a half-liter water bottle was priced at ₹**, which is far above the normal retail price. Similarly, other snacks and food items were also excessively expensive.

While I understand that cinema chains may have different pricing structures, charging such high amounts for essential items like drinking water feels unfair to customers. Many families and regular moviegoers find these prices difficult to justify, and it negatively impacts the overall customer experience.

I request PVR to kindly review and rationalize the pricing of food and beverage items, especially essential products like water, to ensure customers are treated fairly.

I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and necessary action will be considered.
