I booked tickets for the movie Durandhar * at PVR Cinemas for the scheduled show time on **-**-**** at **.** PM in PVR at Sattva Necklace Mall, Kavadiguda. However, the movie started more than ** minutes late without any proper communication or valid reason from the theatre management.
This delay is highly unacceptable, especially considering that the movie has a runtime of around * hours. Such a long delay added significant inconvenience and unnecessary extension to an already lengthy viewing experience.
As a customer, I expect timely service and proper management from a reputed cinema chain like PVR Cinemas. The delay reflects poor planning and amounts to deficiency in service.
I request appropriate action against the theatre management and seek compensation for the inconvenience, time loss, and discomfort caused due to this delay.
