Yogender Kumar filed complaint against Samsung on Jul 24, 2020
This is the incident that makes me frustrating.
I am using my cell phone galaxy note * from last one year and I never faced any issue while using it .but on **th July **** Samsung launches his new update for Samsung user, after getting the notification I updated my mobile and put it on the table. The next morning when I look at the mobile I found my screen got yellowish and greenish color and hardly touch is working .after that incident I rush o the service center and explain everything about this but as usual,l they refuse to listen to my query and start blaming me. they asked to replace the screen and pay seventeen thousand rupees for that without my mistake.
After that, I wrote a mail to Samsung head referring the issue but unfortunately, even they did not respond to my query instead of deviating the issue.
My screen got damaged just because of their mistake and inappropriate software. kindly help regarding my issue.
