Sarath Vuyyuru filed complaint against Airtel DTH on Apr 22, 2019
I recharged my account with *** which is an HD + SD ala-carte from Airtel. But they are providing SD channels and for HD channels it is displaying as scrambled. Even customer support is least bothered about this issue. When raised a complaint a person came to my place and reset my TV and left saying that he forgot a machine and will be back the next day. But never showed up. I even mailed nodal officer but of no use. I even asked them to remove that connection but of no use.
