I have booked ola scooter on *th September **** with full payment. At that time the delivery was showing as **th October. I am an NRI and i am in India only for couple of months every year. I booked the bike with full payment considering that my bike will be delivered on said date. However, there has been an immense delay in delivery without intimating me. As of now when i am trying to cancel the order against full refund, they are saying that scooter has been allocated. It's been more than a week that i have submitted the form ** for registration, however no movement yet. I will be leaving India in first week of december and this scooter will be of no use for me whatsoever. Please assist in my case.
