Consignment No **, Grey Honda Dio, that was sent from Bangalore to Ernakulam on **th August. It has been over * months and there is no update on where the scooter is and when it will be delivered. I am very disappointed with the service. The representative (Deepak Agarwal) who picked the scooter from my residence is not answering my calls anymore and when I call from alternate number he answers but the response has been poor with updates that the scooter will be delivered in * or * days. This has been the case for the last * weeks and now I am out of options.(personal information darkened out)
