OYO - Scammed by showing photoshopped pictures of room

Hello,
This complaint is for booking ID BGAE**** , booking done in the name of S.Satpathy. I had booked a *X room in Hotel Hillside Magnum and had done the payment in app. Upon reaching the hotel, we found that the room was different. It was completely dirty and unhygienic. Rooms were small and congested. There were stains and spits in the entire room including bed. The entrance also looked different from what was shown on the app. We were scammed. We left the hotel immediately. Then I cancelled the booking and also asked them to provide a refund but the hotel people accused me of lying and after much struggle they provided only **rs refund. I am sharing you few images of the room for reference. Awaiting your response and I hope you help me regarding this matter and provide justice.
