Mainstreet Market Place - Scam

Main Street Market Place needs to be called out for what clearly looks and feels like a SCAM. I placed an order for a pair of shoes over TWO MONTHS ago and deliberately paid an extra ₹*** solely because the company promised shipping within * days. That promise was nothing but a lie. After taking my money, Main Street Market Place has gone completely silent no shipment, no tracking number, no updates, no transparency, absolutely nothing. To make matters worse, the company recently posted an Instagram story claiming that order updates would be addressed within ** hours, yet it has been WEEKS since that post and there has still been no response or update whatsoever. This is not a delay; this is blatant negligence and deception. Charging customers extra for “fast shipping” and then disappearing after payment is classic scam-like behavior. When a company takes money, makes false commitments, and provides zero communication for more than ** days, customers have every right to question whether they are being intentionally misled. This is not how a legitimate marketplace operates this is how customers are trapped, ignored, and taken advantage of. Main Street Market Place has failed to deliver the product, failed to honor a paid service, and failed even the most basic standards of customer responsibility. I demand an immediate resolution either verified shipment details or a full refund, including the extra ₹***. Until that happens, I strongly warn others to think twice before trusting this company with their money. Silence after payment is unacceptable, and behavior like this completely destroys any remaining credibility.
