Mainstreet Market Place - No delivery nor refund after 4 months from Mainstreet

I am writing regarding my order placed on ** November **** through your website https://marketplace.mainstreet.co.in/
for a pair of shoes costing ₹**,***.

At the time of purchase, I was informed that the order would be delivered by ** December ****. However, the order has not been delivered to date.

Over the past several months, I have followed up more than ** times via email and WhatsApp, but unfortunately your responses have been inconsistent and mostly non-committal. On multiple occasions I was informed that you were “working with the vendor.”

Your team later committed a revised delivery date of ** December ****, which again was not honored.

After repeated delays, I requested a refund to my original payment method, but your team denied this request and stated that the refund would only be issued to your wallet balance. I clearly communicated that I do not agree to a wallet refund, as the order has already been significantly delayed and my trust in the transaction has been affected.

Despite sending several emails requesting a refund or even requesting an alternative product of similar value, I have not received any meaningful resolution.

On * February ****, I again received confirmation that the order would be delivered by the end of February ****, but that commitment has also not been fulfilled. Since then, my follow-ups have received no response.

Given the above situation, I request to help me to get my refund.
