Mainstreet Market Place - Product not delivered

May **, ****, I placed an order through Mainstreet Marketplace for a Casio watch model Casio Youth AE ****WHD *AVDF D*** priced at **** including shipping charges. They promised a delivery time of ** days.
However, even after the promised period, I did not receive the product. I tried reaching out to their customer care but was unable to connect through any official helpline. The only available communication was via WhatsApp on the numbers +** ********** and +** **********, where there where no response .
Relief Sought:
I request you to kindly intervene in this matter and help me obtain one of the following:
A full refund of ₹****-, OR
Immediate delivery of the confirmed product
Thousands of customers like you have trusted Voxya to resolve their issues
