For order ID :********** the item was cancelled for no reason. For *.**hrs there was no activity, i contact restaurant he say he reported no response. My customer support chat is blocked by them for no reason . Only way i can contact them is mail. This fraud company has no customer service center. Are we stupid to not see the scam?
Also, last month I reported that my item was missing for order no. **********. their executive said **₹ were given as credit but till date i haven't received anything, They also blocked my chat for this reason. That i have taken too much credit from them where as the "Credit" option in my "Payments" is showing * forever. Location: Jaipur
