I had booked a ticket from Delhi to Bagdogra for **/**/**** for which I wanted to cancel it or reschedule it and on repeated calls and the airline Spice jet, I was told that I will get zero refund. And when I asked for an explanation on the meaning of "partially refundable" they said that it's for some cases and not for every ticket. So my question is why then its mentioned. Please resolve it lest I will escalate it to the consumer court for malpractice and fraudulent business ethics.
