Ishu filed complaint against Sanfe on May 22, 2026
I placed the order on **th May, but there has been no update regarding the order status yet.
Also, the contact numbers (+**-**********) (+**- ***** *****) mentioned on the website is out of service. If the number is not working, then why has it been provided for customer support?
Additionally, I had already submitted a message regarding my order update through your “Drop Us a Line” page, but no one has contacted me so far. And this is a prepaid order.
As mentioned in the Shipping Policy of Sanfe:
“We ensure quick dispatch. All orders are shipped within **-** hours on working days, subject to product availability.
Delivery takes *-* business days across India. Remote pin codes may take a day or two longer - we’ll always keep you posted via SMS, WhatsApp and email.”
However, I have not received any update via SMS, WhatsApp, call or email regarding the shipment of my order till date.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
