Sanfe - Order Not Delivered

I placed an order with Sanfe on **th May, **** at *.** pm but haven’t heard back about my order.
I tried calling the customer care number : +**-********** but the number doesn’t exist & the email team is pretending in not finding my order details even after sharing all the proofs. I’ve shared my order number, delivery address, email id, contact number and my full name as per the order placed as a proof along with a pdf of the order copy sent by Sanfe but the team has refused to help me.
