Complaint:
I placed an order on ** May **** and the payment was successfully deducted from my account. However, the order has still not been dispatched and the status is showing unsuccessful/pending.
I contacted the company multiple times through email. They acknowledged receiving the payment and confirmed that the order is awaiting dispatch, but no proper resolution, dispatch update, or refund has been provided till now.
This delay has caused inconvenience and poor customer experience. I request either:
Immediate dispatch of my order with tracking details, OR
Full refund of the paid amount.
I am attaching screenshots of the email conversation and order details as proof.
Relief Sought: Full refund or immediate delivery.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
