Samsung - Samsung washing machine has Blasted

Flat no. ***, Apsara Residency, Near Sai baba Temple, Jaggayyapeta, ******, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh. On **-**-**** night at **:**pm my mother has switched ON our Samsung company washing machine (top load) by wearing some clothes in it which are costly. Me, my sister, my mother and my father we all are in hall and watching TV, after **-** minutes at **:**pm we got a call from outsider saying your washing machine is blasted and is on a big fire, please dont go to your washing area. After that me and my father turned off total home electricity and we started smelling our kitchen door is melting outside from our washing area, we are in shock and immediately we taken off the Gas cylinder which is in beside the door inside and taken that gas cylinder outside. After I think our apartment watchman called Fire department after knowing this incident they have came after putted out the gas cylinder. From on road the fire engine started stopping fire by water but it's not happening after that fire officers who were came before tried to open washing area door and started Fire extinguishers to stop fire, at last by using * fire extinguishers the fire has stopped. Fire department members taken our information and washing machine details about incident happened. Next day morning we checked total there is a property Loss of total tiles in washing area are broken and taps, electrical holders are melted, total our costly clothes are burnt. And all walls in washing area were paint gone and became totally black in colour and our kitchen door is half melted. So I registered a complaint in Samsung company to say them incident. They have taken my complaint and a technical team of * members came and checked the washing machine which is burnt and checked the washing area and asked about the property loss. They have taken pictures of washing machine and my washing area which is totally damaged and sent to their head office and lastly they asked documents related to washing machine like Invoice bill and other papers. I have submitted that all required papers to them they asked along with fire department report. They said we will say you about compensation after our head office team will discuss about this. I said ok sir. After * days they called me yesterday which means on **-**-**** evening and said we are sorry sir we can't help you with this because it's not our problem they said even though their technical team has finalised that because of their washing machine this accident has raised. So, please take my Complaint against the Samsung company sir because of their washing machine we could have lost our lives sir, there will be Loss of * Life's(including me) because of this incident if none noticed the accident next the gas cylinder had blasted after the door have melted. Please do us a True and Fair help sir. We need a COMPENSATION OF ₹*, **,*** from Samsung company because we faced a lot of Loss sir. I have all proofs I can show you.
