This is in regard to service request number **********.This is an absolute disappointment that brand like Samsung is playing around with Customers and isn’t taking the customer seriously.My full case is below
I had first given the Tv for repair on *th September but after that the samsung person didn’t get in touch with me and As I wasn’t able to receive the call.The Case was closed and I wasn’t aware of it.Then the case got reopened on september **th.After that I have been running behind the Samsung Team for a while now.The samsung service centre in Kochi is showing as if my case is solved from Saturday *th October but the truth is They have taken my tv and aren’t even responding properly.Every day i get a silly excuse that I would receive the tv the next day.I never expected that Samsung service is so worse.I regret purchasing the same brand for the *th consecutive time.As samsung is considered to be an international brand.Such service would make people regret..
I request you to look at the matter seriously and give a Solution Asap.
