I am writing to formally address an ongoing issue with my Samsung TV, model **S**C (IMEI No: JDUZJHJF*KRBD), which I purchased on October **, ****, for a total cost of *.** lakhs.
In August ****, I experienced a display issue where half of the screen turned blue. This was resolved through a video call with customer care. Unfortunately, in September ****, I encountered a more severe problem: half of the screen turned green, and the TV began to restart frequently. Following my report, your engineers assessed the situation and determined that the panel needs to be replaced.
Given the recurring nature of these issues within such a short timeframe and the inconvenience caused, I believe it would be more appropriate to request a replacement of the entire TV unit rather than a panel replacement.
I appreciate your understanding and prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and a resolution that meets my expectations with a replacement of the whole TV unit.
