Dear All,
I have Purchased a Samsung RT** A**** S*/HL refrigerator, which was purchased in April ****. The same was commissioned on **th May. And the fridge has been put up in operation from **th June and the compressor has failed on **th July.****. Compressor is a peripheral part in the refrigerator which is not supposed to fail within one month of operation. From **th July I am trying to get this issue resolved, there is no support from the company. Twice the times mail has been given to the CEO, still there is no response from their end. This was purchased in Coimbatore and within a short duration this failure has occurred, I am asking for the refund or for the free replacement, but Samsung is not ready to give me a free replacement fridge. They are convincing me for the compressor replacement.Investing money on a new product and within one month of operations it will fail and why should I use such unreliable products . Being a Painful customer for Samsung, the amount of Rs. *****, which I have paid has gone in vain. And also for the last ** days the fridge is under breakdown. And also it has caused a mental trauma to me and for my family members. Friends I request everyone not to buy this Samsung Product, they are not a customer centric company. I seek Voxya support to resolve this issue, Samsung has to refund my money back and I don't want this unreliable product.
