Samsung Electronics India - Repairs of Refrigerators

I had bought a double door refrigerator from Samsung through its authorised dealer in Sept ****. It stopped functioning on **th September ****. Their outsourced Samsung service center QDIGI Services Limited sent a technician with a spare on **.**.** and charged Rps ****.** but the refrigerator did not work. For the last * weeks have been requesting them for repairs but they do not even respond to telephones. Have complained to Samsung Support group and Service Head of Samsung, but they also send courteous replies that they are trying to sort out the problem but no action at all on this matter. It is indeed difficult to live without one particularly during these Covid times.Offered to pay transport charges to take the refrigerator to their workshop, get a new one in exchange by paying for the difference . Originally paid Rps **,***.** and have used it for only * years as I was abroad . Started using only from October **** when I returned back to India.
