Samsung Electronics India - Manufacturing defect in the newly bought refrigerator

I bought a refrigerator on ** December **** post installation of the fridge it is identified that gasket of the fridge door is not working properly and for the same on **th December **** formal incident was locked on Samsung customer support since then there is no resolution from the company it is identified during one of the visit that screws of the door Hinges are free and because of that door is not closing properly so one day I got a call from the customer support the coupon but there is no significant progress on the incident its been more than one month and there is no resolution
