I am still waiting for someone to respond efficiently. As * days back I got a call from Samsung CEO DESK,
He told me ,that he will call back after discussion with service Centre executive, but it's been *days, and nobody followed up.
My phone is UNREPAIRED and sent back home in my absence, it's been ** days and there is still no response from samsung as after spending **,***/- on insurance and *,*** /-on insurance claim. Still nobody is repairing my phone.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED BY SAMSUNG STAFF AND ALL THE EXECUTIVES.
