Samsung - Samsung Faulty A C

i puchased a A.C from Arora Sales, Pawlal. But within five days of run for about *hrs daily. The machinery started making noise, for which i tried to contact customer care many times. But due to covid effects it was not able to do so and day by day the noise was increasing and thus at last i made a complaint on Twitter. From their two engineer came and said there is fault in compressor and recorded video too. On behalf od video updation the company said same thing that there is fault in compressor of the machinery but now company says that we qill repair compressor and will not replace the unit. But tge main unit of an air conditioner is compressor only and if its faulty from starting only then the unit needs to be changes and not to be repaired ad company always paste a sticker stating OK TESTED on compressor.
