KATEPOGU VIJAYUDU filed complaint against Samsung on Feb 6, 2026
I Purchased Samsung *.* Ton Air Conditioner on **.*.**** with Bill No - **** dt **.*.**** with Unconditional Warranty of One Year from Fixing. They fixed that Air Conditioner on **.*.**** at the time of wrong fixing with in * days the Ac is not Working they come refill gas and gone * days Ac is good working after the that I found some errors at the time of working midnight the AC is automatically stopped and working .So many times I complain to the Dealer and Customer Care but my problem is not solved, So I Purchased another company AC to that room and shifting requested to Samsung service team to shift the Air Conditioner to Hall they told after shifting the problem solved, but the same problem repeated, about that problem I Complaint to the Samsung team they not responded . Please do Justice to me .With replace new Air conditioner or refund my amount.
