Pharmeasy Labs - Sample collection for lab tests

They didnt collect the sample from last ** days. Actually, I ordered Pharmeasy labs for the tests (including * tests) for my ill grandmother who is suffering from PARALYSIS and also covid situation is going so worst, thats why I am very caring about her. But, they actually doing a game of me because I ordered for tests on * may-**** and they gave me the slot for ** may. And they has changed my slot till ** may-**** and the reason they gave me is that your phone number is not reachable in the given time slot (*am to *am). But, my order is rescheduled on ** may-**** (*am-**am) again as they did earlier everytime. And on this day I personally did a call from my side to my assigned lab technician (Shiv Kumar) at *:** am and when I asked Shiv Kumar about my sample collection time slot, then he replied there is no time slot for yours for the sample collection and actually not even my name is not in his list for the tests sample collection for ** may-**** (*am to **am). And I have the call recording for my conversation with Shiv Kumar. And, when I contact the Customer Care for the help in PHARMEASY- Labs, they actually ignored my order and said you have to reordered for the tests and for today there is no lab technician available at your location and then they cut my call. And when I again call to the customer care (around *:**am), then one staff said your ordered is cancelled by you and you can also see the reality that my time slot is (*am - ** am) and they said I have cancelled it by call on *:**am. If I want to cancel then why should I wait for ** days and why should I call for the cancellation and another thing is that this is not a amazon product that I ordered but somehow I dont want it and then I cancelled my order. No, its about my ill grandmother suffering from Paralysis. And when I want to talk to senior manager they didnt call him/her. And said they will arrange the call for me but now this is ** may-**** and no one calls from pharmeasy till now. And I have all the proofs of call recordings. I am very much affected as my grandmother health is concern. She is not well. And who will be responsible if something happened to my grandmother. Who will take the charge of it?
