I booked a PharmEasy test and sample collection was done twice and each time they said mam your sample collection has been misplaced so we need to do another sample collection. In a span of * days they asked for * sample collection and every time they just misplaced. How come they can be so irresponsible? Which regulatory body or organisation have given them authority to conduct these tests and do such non-sense/irresponsible activity? Very pathetic service by them.
When you reach out to them they are least bothered to solve the problem and every time they say wait for ** hours and nothing happens. If patient is critical how can someone wait for ** hours to get a response from them and again they don't reach to you. You have to reach out to them and every time they say wait ** hours. Very irresponsible behaviour by Thyrocare/Pharmeasy. I need my refund so that I can take the test from some other labs.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
