Max Fashion - SALES MANAGER REFUSED TO GIVE ITEM AND MISBEHAVED

I purchased a jacket from Max counter at ** Avenue mall, pune and paid an amount of rupees ****.**. The payment was done via UPI mode and payment was completed. However, the sales team refused to handover the purchased product and said they have not received payment. Further, details of payment was confirmed at bank end and it was confirmed that money has been received at merchant's end. however, sales manager refused to hand over purchased item.
Details of payment is as mentioned below:
HDFC Bank: Rs. ****.** debited from a/c ****** on **-**-** to VPA max*****pl@hsbc (UPI reference No ************)
Please help. either return my money or give me purchased product.
