At Trivandrum domestic airport one of IndiGo staff, did not allow me to take boarding pass and luggage check in, even though I reached **min prior to scheduled departure time(*:**AM) (in ndiGo Itinerary you have clearly mentioned that Boarding gate closes **/** minutes prior to the scheduled time of departure for domestic/international sectors), it's domestic flight I reached **min prior to the time. But he behaved rudely, I got scare, It was my first time travel in flight. But the flight was departed *:** instead of *:**am, If they delay there is no responsible from there side, But even though I came in time, they should not suppose to do that kind of treatment with passengers. Your are running business because of us, other wise we have lots of other flights. I am warning you guys we are not your slaves.
