I actually ordered a saree and kept it as cash on delivery.. due to some issues the delivery address was changed because of some technical issues. So I informed one of the delivery executive who stays near our home to get it back once he returns from the duty and I'll pay him in digital mode. So he told me to pay on digital mode and I paid the amount got deducted but the receiver bank had some technical issue and I got the message telling that he will get the money in * working days. So once the delivery executive returned I told him.the issue he informed me to.talk to.the main head in ecom at my place.. that main executive was very rash.. as my mother was talking to him he didnot had any respect and was talking in a very rash and rude way. This is not the first time she is going through this. I previously registered complain on him in amazon too..
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
