We have booked a flight from Hyderabad to Mumbai on Indigo airlines flight on ** April ****. One no SY*JCB for * members were late for * minutes for check-in. We begged the manager for ** minutes he didn't respond and he asked us to come for the next flight and behaved rudely with my daughter. We went to the next flight and it was the last date for my daughter's admission in M.S.optholmology course and we have to pay additional *****₹ for late admission.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
