RTO Agent Avishek Gupta, having phone number ********** (registered in QUIKR) has taken full money from me - Rs **** on Sept **** in assurance of providing me service (NOC for Car transport from Kolkata to Bangalore). He promised to deliver the same to my address by Nov end. Since **th Nov, he is not reachable over mobile phone / watsapp and I have not got the service delivered. Please let me know how to reach to him urgently.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
