On **th Oct i had requested online for porting my airtel number to VI for which i was asked to choose a pack..i chose a pack of Rs.*** i paid online from PayTm it was successfully paid...later i got a message that my porting cannot be done because i have not completed ** days period so by Nov *st week again will have to request for port...and then i got a msg from VI stating this
"Hey! Your refund request of Rs *** for Vi SIM order DCHD*********** has been completed." But still have not credited in my account...I want my money back
