Booking Id : REF********* The consumer had booked an Air ticket through Travolook on ** July **** for Rs *****. The consumer had received a mail by the Travolook in which it was mentioned that your ticket hadn't been booked due to fare expiration for which the company had assured to refund the amount within *-** working days. But hadn't done till date even after several follow ups by the consumer. On **.**.**** when I contacted again with Travolook customer support, they said the amount is reflected in your travolook wallet which is basically no use. Please do the needfull to get the refund to my account(from where transaction had been done) as soon as possible.
