I have stopped the service in March month and router was pickup up on **th march ****. I had submitted all the information to Ultra via tickets. But they had closed all tickets as resolved and not refuned the money of Router.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
