Ultranet - Bad Internet services

I have been using Ultranet Internet services In Delhi NCR and adjoining areas since * years and gwt my package recharged after every subsequent month but they are not at all customer centric.tgey have office in tower B- ****, basement, blue line metro lane new ashok Nagar delhi ******. They will reach out to you once want money in form of recharge, even their guy will come immediately at ur door step to collect the money but when it comes to provide the service then they even do not pick the call after looking at the number if you have been following up. Office in Noida sector **, sector *, new Ashoka Nagar etc do not have educated people to respond the queries, shit language they use to respond and do not matter even if it is a lady.once they collect the money then on face they say sir recharge will be done in few minutes but you find it s not done even after ** hours and when u call them then after a long waiting they respond sir ladka bhool Gaya.. recharge amount very from *** to **** for home services but neither good speed nor service they provide..we feel cheated after paying the money at no cost service. Issues are people language, behaviour, looting the people, recharge period after collecting the money. I am requesting every one who read this post to raise the voice and leave the comment if you have really faced this challenge or still facing the issue in regard of Ultranet services in Delhi NCR. I am so disappointed and after a long time I am raising this to let authorities notice about this company and I hope they take certain action against them and everyone who have been cheated should receive his money back. I request voxya to look in to this and raise..please look for uktranet page on face book, Google plus, and read the customer comments.
