Hi all,
We are still at the same situation.
Not sure why getting connection disconnected is so difficult.
If we apply for a new connection, it gets done within few hours.
But in disconnection, so many follow ups
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
