You Broadband - Router money not refunded

It’s been nearly * months thats I’ve raised a refund request with you broadband. The have taken the router back but didn’t issue refund. Whenever I call the customer service team it’s the same answer I get “ we will call back”. It’s been nearly * months and the amount is not yet refunded.

The router was returned in the month of May’**** but amount is not yet received.

One of worst and unprofessional customer care I’ve ever spoken to. Even their appellate authority doesn’t respond to escalation. ( Mr. Bhaskar Reddy - hyd).

I’ve called the customer agents nearly **+ times till now and emails to the appellate authority but all fell on their deaf ears.
