I have ordered Thigadi and * appams from the benzys restaurant at south Bombay. I have got a rotten chicken and appam was unpalatable. When I called customer service of swiggy they told its not possible to give a refund. I really suspect that these hotels and online delivery services join hand to give old food to people. So it’s more profitable to both of them. This is not my first bad experience with these online food delivery services.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
