I ordered * chicken item from green chick sector ** noida. One of them were not available so they asked to choose for replacement. When i did, whole order turned to that one item. I still was ok with it but when it got delivered , it was smelly and could see the chicken was rotten. I told delivery person cancek it but he told I'll be charged an amount for this. So i took and reached the team told them about this and as usual i got none replacement as well as refund. This is not the first time i got such service from swiggy but this time i charge a complaint against them.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
