Dear sir/maam,
I am shalu
I did a booking on **th july **** at oyo ***** VIP PALACE with booking id NSDJ**** at oyo rooms kolkata i was called thrice from yesterday regarding my stay i have confirmed my booking from my side and they confirmed from theirs later on when I turned up to the hotel i was denied checkin because they had no rooms left for us and suggested us to leave saying that we’ll get a refund later.
But unfortunately after requests they did not provided us the room even though i had my Voter ID and payment was done online through paytm to oyo rooms and its a horrible experience i am facing from oyo before i had face once and got no refund for that and this happened again
Overall I request a refund , its not acceptable
You can check the cctv footage of that hotel when we showed up between *-*pm as I updated Them
I request you to make a refund as soon possible
