I made two booking for hotel in delhi on ** Oct ** for checkin date **th to **rd and from **rd to ** of Nov ****(Booking ID HTL*JGFGEQ and HTLZ**A*NN). When I reached hotel at *:** PM on **th Nov to checkin, hotel denied rooms saying we are full. I paid full in advance for these two bookings. I have paid **,***/- for a hotel nearby for four nights and **,***/- for two nights after three hours of lingering around the roads as hotels provided by goibibo were much degraded from the property that I booked and I expect Goibibo to atleast room rent of the new hotel that I booked, the hotel I stayed is having a lower rent on goibibo site than the hotel I booked, but I had a walkin checkin and most of the hotels were full so they charged me triple.
